15M * vote point cost should be used to determine rare prices, so a PHAT worth 15 point would be 225M+ (No set price but at least 225M minimum would be a good place to start the bidding!)

Nice list needs work in other spots too like the barrows but good start for sure, glad to see someone contributing.

also sorry to point out but most of the list is invalid. due to its up the the players what they want to sell for, this may be OK for a starting price list, but you should start with shop price guide rather than player price. due to i always sell them cheaper than the shop. its not hard to get items so in the long run i wont recommend these prices.
